What a beautiful day for a parkrun! The sun was shining not a cloud in the sky! Nothing like the weather of recent weeks.
Not far off my pb this week, but it was still nice to run with other people, even if some of them tired to blind me with their choice of running attire! :) parkrun is one of the best things to come out of me running; it's a good way to meet new people, experience running with others and race against the clock.
To be honest I don't remember much about my run, nothing really stood out on it, even the Woodland Walk wasn't too bad! One impressive thing I did see today was the chap who ran round with a pram. It didn't even look like one of those specialised running prams, just a normal pram. God knows how he got up the three or four steps to the woodland walk! Full details of the run are below.
