4th pb in 5 parkruns! I'm sure I can complete 5k faster than this, but Oldham parkrun is a very hilly course. I've heard they are looking changing the course so it starts and finishes at the new cafe. Can't see it making it flatter though!
Another good run, but there was only 59 runners today so wasn't much chance to get practice at running with lots of other people. Will have to go and do a bit of parkrun tourism in a couple of weeks and take in one of the bigger runs in Manchester, either Heaton or Plat Fields just so I have a bit more experience with mass runners before Sheffield where I guess there will be a few...
